The most known pyramids in the world are the pyramids from Egypt, but there is so much more pyramids around the world.
There is pyramids in Mexico, in Spain, China, Cambodia, Indonesia and so much more places. The pyramids were built by the ancient civilizations like the Egyptians, the Mayans or the Aztecs also the Chinese and other different cultures because from all the Geometrical shapes, pyramid is the easiest to build and the more safe and harder to destroy.
Even they can survive earthquakes. Sometimes they were used as a temple, sometimes as a tombs, but we still don't know what they were used for.
