My Very First Article!

Good evening!

First of all I want to thank you for viewing my profile and taking an interest in my very first article. I'm not really sure as to how this all works right now but I do have a reason behind starting this blogging business.

A brief outline of my life so far, is that for years and years, I have suffered with severe anxiety and depression and I have never really found a coping method when things start to go bad but I do remember starting to log about my thoughts and feelings when taking part in a CBT session once or twice and thinking (at the time) what a waste of time this is, however, when I do look back on them "diary" entries today, I start to see the benefit of them.

As part of my mental health, I am now a firm believer in making and creating memories. You get one life and you have to treat every day like it is your very last day on this earth. With this in mind, I have definitely made some mistakes but some of the experiences I have had seen putting this belief into action are amazing and what better way than to share it with the world by blogging about them!

So I really do hope that you enjoyed reading my very first article and continue to follow my blogging journey. If you have any tips for me at all, please feel free to comment or message me!
