Indian Chapati

2-1/2 cups whole wheat flour (“Atta”)
1 cup water
½ teaspoon salt
½ cumin seeds
1 teaspoon oil

Method to Make Chapati:

Put the flour into a bowl, add ½ teaspoon of salt, oil and cumin seed and mix all ingredients. Mix the water slowly with the help of finger and makes the dough not too sticky. If the dough makes litter sticky add little dry whole wheat flour. Put the flour side for 15 minutes sometimes.
After 15 minutes make some small balls of the dough. Press the ball and make a circle shape. After makes the circle shape put on the gas and enjoy hot chapatti
Chapatti can eat with some picker, Yogurt and vegetable depending on the taste of the indivisible.
