Gingerbread

For 12 pieces
100 g sugar
120 g margarine
1 egg
300 g malteks
220 g flour
1 baking powder baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons ginger powder
½ tsp muffin
½ spoonful of salt
2 dl water
100 g of almonds

Decoration
puree
100 g of raspberry
50 g of chocolate


Way of preparation

1. Dissolve margarine. Sprinkle almonds in prayer. Chilled almonds are homemade.

2. Suve the ingredients to mix in the appropriate bowl: flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nuts, ginger powder, half of almond almonds.

3. Sprinkle sugar and margarine in another dish. Spray the mixer until creamy mass is obtained, then add the egg and maltheys. Think again that the mass is united. Combine dry and creamy mass, and add 2 dl of warm water. Stir.

4. Align the obtained mass uniformly in paper modules and oven in a heated oven at 180 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.

5. Serve in a cold, decorated with a fair amount of chocolate, the rest of almond, whipped cream and raspberries.
