The cucumber originates from Asia where it has been drunk as a refreshing juice during the summer. He has a pumpkin and a watermelon. He is of the opinion that his origin is from India, from which he was transferred to Greece and Italy, and later to China. In combination with dietary fiber which itself contains stimulates the work of the colon and protects the body from cancerous things. The potassium that has the highest of all minerals stimulates the flexibility of the muscles and helps in regulating blood pressure.
