Healthy Ginger Tea

Ginger is a collection of properties. Everyone must drink one cup of ginger tea. We can also eat the raw ginger. Ayurveda refers ginger as a medicine. Ginger help to remove the detox into the human body. Chinese also refers ginger as a medicine. Ginger tea aid the human body to absorb nutrients. It also helps weight loss and also helps for fight cancer. We can make ginger tea very easily at home
Ingredients:
• 2-inch ginger root
• 1 teaspoon Honey
• 1 cup Water
Method:
• Put the water into the pan till boiling
• After boil put the water into the cup and add the ginger and keep on side for 10 minutes
• Add one teaspoon of honey
Drink the one or two cups of ginger tea daily.
