You can visit this beautiful city in Summer with its wonderful beaches connected to the Amalfi coast or visit it during Winter holidays, where the Luci D'Artista decorate the streets.
Also, you can visit two tombs of two Apostles, in Salerno’s Cathedral the remains of Matthew the Apostle and Amalfi’s Cathedral, the remains of Andrew the Apostle.
Near Salerno there is another interesting place called Paestum, an ancient greek city where the ruins of the temples are in a good state of conservation.
