9 Sets, High Reps

My new motto for my new exercise regime is nine sets, high reps. This means I stick to doing a total of nine sets of exercises for each body part I train and do high reps (15-25+) for each exercise. I've been sticking with light weight, as there's really no need for me to be hitting the weights heavy and trying to gain strength.

Since I've started this new regime, I have more energy, stamina and endurance. I don't diet, but I do tend to avoid junk food and sugary drinks. I'm not a fan of fad diets, so I just stay away from foods I know are bad.
