SOMETHING ALL NATURAL IS GOOD FOR YOU!

I am certain many or all of you had heard whats good for you and whats not good or at least have an idea of it. So I have been working on the new me, well actually the old me with a better outlook on things.

Well everyone at my house finds its funny to try to offer me sweet snacks and things and i basically refuse to accept it. I make use of whats in my refrigerator and kitchen cabinets to get my natural sweets for the day.

Most all days my morning starts with plain yogurt (the lowest calories I can find on the label) mine happens to be 120 / then I melt 2 tablespoons of coconut oil and add half in mix it up good, then i add some dried figs/ next diced watermelon/diced cantaloupe/ add in other half coconut oil mix well/ and sometime i change it up.

I might add frozen cherries and dried cranberries. its the best sweet snack and great start to your day also and it keeps me from eating things I do not need to eat.

The best part is its good for you and i have lost 17 pounds in 2 months but you must also drink alot of water and some light exercising or walking.
