Good lunch and buna Sunday to all friends
Bolognese donut
#cakessunday by @fabio26
FLOUR 400 gr
SUGAR 150 gr
BUTTER 80 gr
SALE 1 pinch

Preparation :
Put the two eggs, the butter and the milk in the hole in the center of the fountain and start to gradually incorporate more and more flour starting from the one closest to the liquid ingredients and proceeding outwards until you have incorporated all the flour and you have not obtained a soft mixture.
Do not work the dough too much but enough to obtain a homogeneous and soft mixture.
Grease and flour a donut mold and transfer the dough into a fairly uniform layer.
Now you will not have to brush the donut on the surface with a little egg yolk and sprinkle with granulated sugar in any quantity to taste. If you prefer, you can also use monperiglia or colored sugars.
Bake the cake at 180 ° C for about 30 minutes or until the surface is sufficiently golden.
In any case, check the degree of cooking by inserting a wooden spit into the donut, if it comes out completely clean then it will be time to churn out the cake!
