Bajadera

.
Components

for a bright layer
100-120 ml of water *
120 g of sugar
70 g of butter
180 g of ground nuts
180 g of milk biscuit

for the dark layer
100-120 ml of water
100 g of sugar
50 g butter
100 g of chocolate for cooking
170 g of ground nuts
170 g of milk biscuit

for glaze
25 ml of water
25 g of sugar
60 g of butter
125 g of chocolate for cooking
Preparation

For a light layer - put water, sugar and butter on the rig to dissolve and crystallize sugar crystals. Get off the ringleader, add walnuts and biscuits, mix everything nicely. For the dark layer - put water, sugar and butter to gargle to dissolve and crystallize sugar, get out of the ringleader and add chocolate, mix until all is melted, then add the biscuits and walnuts and all to unite. Both mixtures should be allowed to cool down a little.
When the mixtures are lukewarm, measure the particular light especially dark, so divide each into two equal parts and distribute them into 4 freezer bags.
While lukewarm, the mixture slowly spreads through the bag, first tapping with the hand and after passing through the shagging, so that they get uniform and thin boards that fill the entire surface of the bag. The first bag with a black layer, scalping the scalpel on both sides and unlocking the bag as a book page. From the long side of the board, grab the bag and lift up vertically, and thus transfer the black layer of the bajadera to the tray. Carefully let go of the bag. In the same way, transfer a white layer. Well, it's black again, and again white. Before removing the bag from the last transferred layer, the complex bajader is gently trampled by the shag, only the layers are glued, but not really deformed.
Prepare a dressing. Water, sugar and butter melted until the crystals of sugar drip out, get out of the ring and insert the chocolate to dissolve it (if necessary, return it to the ring if it works a lot dense). The glaze pour over the bayader, spread it over the entire surface, and then shake the tray, so that the glaze itself goes straight. Cool and go.
