Ensuring a balanced diet is most important for fitness because if you exceed your daily calorie intake it can easily make you put on weight. None the the less, fitness is just as important in mainting a healthy weight and lifestyle.

Why should we excercise?

We should excercise because excercise is said to reliveve tenson and therefore create happiness and also it can decrease anxiety. Many people excercise for different reasons. Some individuals will excercise to maintain theyre body weight, others will do to it sparingly, some do it for fun. Lastly, some excercise to improve certain physical ailments or to lose weight. Excercise can overall be extemely beneficial when it comes to maintaining the health of your heart. There is somthing called a cardiac rythmn, when we are overweight we can put stress on our hearts and in turn our blood pressure can increase.

There are many ways in which we can improve our lives health wise:

1) Drink enough water throughout the day, this will ensure you stay hydrated and it also reduces headaches and helps with weight-loss as water contains 0 calories.
2)Excercise 3-4 times a week for an hour or more to maintain a healthy balanced exercise routine
3) Don't over-do it! If you are trying to lose weight, do it for you and not for anyone else. Do it for your health, your well-being. And also you must not exercise too excessively, as it puts necessary strain on your muscles, so take care when exercising
4) Lastly, ensure a balanced healthy diet incorporated with lots of fruits and vegetables. Remember the square meal principle and incorporate protein, carbohydrates (limited amount) and vegetables.

RasmaSandra You offer very good advice as long as a person can do so. I am in the process of moving a long distance and between keeping up with my PC work and slowly packing I tend to grab bites here and there but once I am settled again I will do much better.

NyishaHv Me too! @indexer :) @RasmaSandra thankyou very much. I believe that when it comes to fitness too much can be too much. It's good to do a realistic amount of exercise and stick to a realistic diet which can be maintained.
